About the Role: Web Developers document this process through the use of diagrams and flowcharts, developing computer instructions through the use of algorithms.Given the breadth of the role, a Web Developer must have a thorough understanding of computer systems, in order to recognise any hardware limitations that could impact software design.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Know HTML, CSS,JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant web design coding languages
  • Testing,debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applicationsprogramming language within established testing protocols, guidelines andquality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification
  • Documents and demonstratessolutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts,code comments, and clear code.
  • Improves operations by conductingsystems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Writing,updating and maintaining technical programs, end user documentation andoperational procedure, programming techniques, and computing equipment, and byparticipating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications,maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Constant communication with othercolleagues in the business to develop and deploy their content – and ensuringthere is a clear establishment of what can be created within what timeframe
  • Implementing contingency plans incase the website goes down
  • Managing a team might also be partof the job role, Working closely with web designers and programmers to producethe website

    02. Marketing Specialist


    About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist who can start immediately. This is a great opportunity for an outstanding Specialist, who is keen to develop their technical skills away from the hustle and bustle of the city work. The outstanding candidate will have a proven ability to work independently as a confident, proficient Marketing Specialist. Your primary role will be to work with end users, clients, Businesses, desktops, infrastructure hardware and software. This is a client based support role delivered via our Helpdesk and on-site support.As always, excellent communication skills both written and spoken is essential to join our Marketing team.

    Roles and responsibilities:

  • planning, developing and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
  • advising executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services
  • coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production and media placement, within time and budget constraints
  • analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences
  • interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends
  • researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information
  • supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
  • commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services

    03. Assistant Accountant


    About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Accountant who can start immediately.


    Type of Role: Full time


    Roles and responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records and assist to analyse balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist to reconcile bank statements by comparing transactions to the general ledger.
  • Responding to all vendor or customer enquiries of a financial nature.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the finance department, including filing, report generation, budget reviews etc.
  • Collaborating with teams to work on various accounting projects.
  • Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
  • Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
  • Preparing profit and loss accounts sheets.
  • Preparing the yearly budget.
  • Prepare bank deposits and payments.
  • Taking minutes in meetings and other administrative duties.
